As for performance i would say on par with a GTX 1060 3GB.

Said the GTX 1060 is 58% faster than the 960, Since the SLI is going to be either 16x by 8x or if you are unlucky it'll be 8x by 8x then having two 960's should be about the same speed as a 1060.
