If I had a disc for all my games, I'd need a warehouse to store them all lol

Disliked purchasing physical copies, so I do steam only now.
I still own about 90% of all the PC games I ever bought in the last 28 years, not only do I still own games on floppy, I've got some old gems like Mines of Titan on 5.25"
Yes i still use them as i am a games collector. Only the minority of games i own are on steam or so.

I will always fit a cd drive in new pcs when building them. At least as long the old games are superior in any way but graphics and as long as i havent played all of my old pearls(still got some years of playtime left) :steamhappy:

I usually do. Most older games I have to anyway
Yes and no. I have dug up a lot of older games and installed them, some require the disc in the tray, so I technically still use discs. It's not like I don't want to use them or think they are obsolete, it's just that for Steam they are made obsolete. I have 6 steam discs and they are useless, because all I needed is a code, since physical or digital, the game is forever tied to your account, with no way to like relocate games from one of your accounts to another. As far as I know Origin discs are still okay, since you can just play games as they are without tying them to your account. It took me years to actually register my Mass Effect 2 copy, I was just playing as it was. Basically the only reason to buy Steam discs is if you somehow found a better deal compared to Steam itself or key sellers

I still use game discs. Like GTA the Trilogy, Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines etc. Particularly useful, if you want the original files, for whatever the reason (my gog version of bloodlines has the unofficial patch integrated, steam GTA Trilogy is censored requires downgrading and had music removed).

Vitrual download is good and all, until developers decide to tamper with your files.
I still have some classics on physical discs but it's been a few years since I played one.
pc physical copie
i have tomb raider 2013
ragnarok online
south park stick of truth
call of duty modern warfe 2
Bought the Fallout collection a couple years ago but didn't need the discs anyways. Before that the last pc game on disc I remember having was the Half-Life collection from Sam Goody :steamsad:
I've never used a cd/dvd on my pc to begin with
Not for Steam games. I have discs for Diablo III and WoW
No, I ripped all of my discs and just mount images now. Everything from DOS to present day. The last time I bought a game on physical media was probably 10 years ago.
Don`t even have a drive anymore.
stalker bioshock, tomb raider, crysis, viva pinata
Stopped using mine last decade, you know when a dvd is connected to a store front any way makes the whole deal kinda redundet.
so no i dont have one.
