is modern warfare worth the buy?

It's CoD. CoD is pretty much the same every year. If you enjoy the (Worn-Out IMO) formula, then you might enjoy it. If you're expecting something new from CoD, probably not.

IMHO not worth it. Gunplay's way too simplistic, the overall game play is too much of a monotonous meat grinder lacking strategy.

it have large conquest (like battlefield), "dark" story campaign, no prestige system. the reason i will buy this game

Well, if your a fan of COD then 'yes' go for it. But MW2 was the best mutliplayer shooter games in my opinion and im sure this won't let you down.

I stopped playing COD since Ghosts due to rest of the series going all futuristic which I did not like, but this one does look good tho, I will look into it.
