So I'm fine with even what you named, they don't even look like real people most of the time
My Art

In emotion is what I define as art that transmits a feeling to you. A thought, a vibe. Stuff that makes you emotional, regardless of how complex or virtuous it is.
In compositional, I define art that takes skill and effort. Like a realistic or creative painting vs a sketch, or complex time-signature changing music full of creativity & technique such as Progressive Rock & Metal vs Pop/Common music in 4/4 made with four chords only.
These two pillars of art can cross each other and work together, which is my personal favorite. But personally I preffer well worked and cleverly made stuff over simple things. I like to stay in the middle of both, to make you feel but also to push boundaries rather than more of the same everyone else is doing.
I mostly like music, but I do some art. Anyways, what I say "Masterpiece!' to is stuff like Tool's "Rosetta Stoned" or Animals as Leaders "CAFO", etc.

But like all definitions, if it's given to everything then it loses its meaning.
I once asked if it would be beneficial for the entire world to speak only one language, and I had people hounding at me stating that it will never happen because language is an art.
I didn't even know how to respond to that. Okay, language is an art. So what? Why does that invalidate the question?
Language isn't art. It's the equivalent of a pencil, a brush, a guitar, a chisel and a hammer. Just a tool.
