Doing Youtube videos - blocked before even released?

ok i started doing youtube videos recently and finally finished a couple. I uploaded one today and went to upload another. However before i could even publish it i was told that my video was banned for copyright infingment???

it said that nameco-bandai owns the rights to the anime Planetes which i was doing a review on, It claimed 2 sections are owned by namco-bandai. Now the whole video has had the sound removed aside from myself talking and music that i have made quietly playing in the background. The entire video shows cut bits from various episodes yet youtube claims that 2 sections are copyrighted???

Im new to doing videos on youtube so can someone explain wtf this is about because it says i can dispute and mention that the very start of my video actually has a big statement saying i dont own any of the conent in the video and that all rights go to the creators and distributors. So under fiar use i should be allowed to use the footage right?

I mean youtube didnt give a toss what i did wtf my doa5 review but when i did planetes it went ape before i even was allowed to upload it.

I just dont want the time and effort i put into the review to be wasted if this is something that usually happens and if im am meant to just dispute it. I was told however if i do dispute it i could be given x2 youtube strikes and have the video banned anyways

so im like errr.......coz the audio is disabled from the actual video. The only audio being played is my voice and music i made in the background. It says video clip but i dunno why im not allowed to show x2 people in a house when its telling me im ok to use everything else from the video clips

What's it matter if its blocked in japan if you video is in english? Japan is a small market.

you're lucky it didn't get blocked worldwide, i've had a few videos that I put a lot of work in get blocked like that

you can still publish it, it's not blocked worldwide so you should be fine
