Don't tell mne what I'm here for because you're clearly just piucking an argument and no matter what's said you'll argue.
I did extensive research into mobile phones over 2 months and yes sony is ♥♥♥♥ in general but I did my home work and got a very good Honor 6x under $200 CAD.
The Honor 6x is a far better phone than the overprice i6 with 3 of them in the family I hear the complaining.
You're right that products can have problems but ppl should heed the warnings in reviews and tests.
There are endless youtube reviews and tests do your homework and don't buy ♥♥♥♥, sony has always been a name brand and marketed its' name like iPhone it doesn't mean sony is any good.
Don't expect any more of my time buying into your waste of time.
You don't have an idea, that's blatant. There have been Android devices with that problem, so your point is WRONG. You're the one that came here only to talk nonsensical crap about some Apple phones.
Sony does have some good phones, you just don't get it. I doubt you even understand the CPUs used in them and such. I'm not going to comment / talk crap about "your" phone. I have nothing towards it unlike you.
I don't buy junk, that phone had seen extensive usage and it only suffered from that problem for a small amount of time. You're the one that needs to stop wasting people's time.
And brand.
End of story
Linux did it first, they have been doing this from the very beginning with their download centers :P
Have you ever seen the movie The Pirates Of Silicon valley? If not; watch it.
Everyone copied; it's nothing new.
Microsoft copied DOS and many of the other later Windows OS looks and such; then reversed various looks to look opposite of what was on MacOS.
Then Microsoft went and started supporting Apple with things like IE and Office; cause Apple only had complete junk for those things.
Now that Microsoft and Apple no longer even care what each other is doing anymore; Apple has moved on to copy from others, and also vice-versa when it comes to say Samsung, LG; the whole Google Android OS; etc.
Computers were quite a lot more expensive back then.
Yes those prices seem cheap today, but you'd have to factor in average salaries back in those days too. Plus what you were actually getting for the prices paid.
Schools for example today can afford to outfit a class room and library with cheap Windows PC from Dell/HP. They couldn't afford to buy very many Apple II though in the 80s; and that is what my father did on the side; he was an Apple specialist and reseller focusing on the needs of Work, Pros and School's needs back in the 70s and 80s where Apple Computers were concerned. He was also their go-to-guy for any Tech Support regarding those systems.
