Idiots.
If I had an absolute issue I went to the library for thier internet. or a friend's internet.
A lot of places still had paper applications back then too. You could pay someone to do your taxes. My only phone is a still a home old fashioned phone.
I do think its getting closer to impossible though to go 100% unplugged. And certainly you'll have to pick your career carefully.
I'll remind you of that if I catch you go around posting your opinion.
i ltierally said throw away your smartphone all you want
Mmm, I love the smell of irony in the morning.
>Tells other people to stop spending so much time online
>Is online most of the time themselves
Pot, meet kettle.
it matters little really. if a hacker really wanted to get into thousands of accounts they would find other means to do so that doesn't require battling an authenticator or the steamguard. Valve knows this far too well as there are recorded cases in the past where hackers have gotten past Valve's security on steam.
The one who original made that comment didn't answer the question either, he/she said why they should limit themselves which isn't an answer to the question if you got rid of the smartphone. but your position is even less valid and so is mine as we are adding nothing to this debate.
one of the primary reasons why i never went out looking for one of these devices. without a way to delete all that history including off the servers of the phone company, it is a magnet for anyone looking to get details on you despite the data protection laws.
