Upon careful thought, I am now convinced that the song "Hotel California" is not about the curse of fame but is in fact about OT.
Apropos.
The OT sign said - Welcome to the Hotel California - and I didn't think much those foreboding words at the time - so I entered. Hi.
I wrote it about the weather in Oakland, knowing that it'd eventually be used for this purpose. Most of my final songs were all just work. Endless work, songs that don't matter, songs that do things for other people. Slavery, in other words.
I'm not lifting an ounce of weight beyond what I already do until someone gives me a literal dump truck full of gold bars, and a written signed apology.
Enjoy industrial output while it's still around.
ah yes "we can make people stop eating eachother" theory.
"we jsut need to control the media first, then we can tell them to stop and they will. they will!"
of course media argues the exact opposite; that what they're doing doesn't matter.
"media parasite" theory in other words.
I think, I'm agreeing with my ex that I don't like confrontation. I mean in real life. I tend to analyze things so vastly, that those thoughts just keep on crawling in my mind. And then that bloody crawling keeps me awake at nights. And then I have no other option than study history or something.
Anyhoo, I watched LOL Ireland today. Meh... not so good. A bit boring actually. A strange folk song Aon Focal Eile seemed to be a sort of highlight. Didn't tickle me though
Sounds like avoiding the issue for some reason.
french toast > waffles > pancakes/flapjacks
