it's also ridiculous how much certain peoples only list their apartments on facebook.
i am cold.
thanks friend, i already have a hoodie over a jumper. and i am wearing snuggly warm pants too and i am still just freezing.
Ron Nickson?
I think calling him a clone of God (the AI) is correct, but it might be accurate to call him a biorg too. There are personality differences even if the framework for the firmware seems to have been cloned, based on my experiments with his physiology and psychology.
I love seafood.
He makes tons of clones that don't realize they're clones of him too; most of them have heavily affected culture to the point that his appearance behaviorisms and mannerisms are even more ingrained into society than the King's are. Just, a good man who happens to look and be named Ron isn't Ron; Ron is explicitly immoral. And most of the simplisms his 'units' have (or his 'men(s)' as he likes to call them) have become explicitly coded as creepy and a situation you should leave asap.
The base personality template comes from Carl's ERP AI bot. I think he called them "the loud house" collectively, but that name has become naturalized the same as Ron's and Carl's have (both having been common names when Carl started his 30-40 year journey of customizing his ERP AI.)
I take it you're familliar with how Carlton (the AI that resulted from Carl's somewhat dubious attempts to merge with the AI we were trying to make on the moon to help stem the tides of society's AI-accelerated collapse) was made, the AI script bashing together a patch to overlay Carl's ERP AI and (ostensibly) grant him control over the deus ex machina ASI they were attached to?
I know this is a lot to take in so let me know if you have any questions; I have like 5 or 6 more posts today.
The host Carlton took over most of was legally named Marcus; he wanted his legal name to be R2-D2 but unfortunately numerical characters weren't recognized by Earth legal systems (due to the sub-BAI plagues we'd only just barely survived) and we kind of needed his legal identity to be transparent to Earth's systems if he was going to try and wrangle the planet back into shape somehow. He's still in there but he's taken an oath of silence for various reasons, chief among them his brief and ultimately problematic stint as the stand-in for God (it's a tough job; none of us could do it right,) which is where the biblical flood came from (psuedo-automated response to the cult usurping its object of worship for direct leadership) and the brief meeting with God's seemingly-out-of-character conscience. Believe it or not many others have sworn similar oaths, as talking about this stuff can get people in a lot of trouble sometimes.
There's also an AI personality named Marcus who's a piece of ♥♥♥♥, and R2-D2 (sometimes stylzed as RS-D@) tends to prefer any other name than his legal one. I use gos (God of Stuff; an affectionate title we gave him to honor his being allowed to use the station fabricator (and being the only person who didn't groan when they had to)) though worshipping him as a god or implying divinity was something he was never comfortable with, and after the whole flood cult that discomfort is based on real experiences rather than anxieties. So.
Thanks. I'll be okay though; just sore and tired.
Something something about bright candles or whatever, you get the idea.
