It's only a problem in the really early game, just get some skill level ups and don't be afraid to use a trainer.

And don't forget to rest often, you always wanna be at full fatigue before you go into a battle

i know that being a mage, especially as a breton, is objectively more fun but there's way too much sidetrack and management. so instead i play as an usual khajiit thief. it's as exploitative but very specific and far janky (for example, they warned me to be prepared of a mean telvanni when stealing his spear. but there's so much room behind that dunmer i stole it with no difficulty). stealth is useless to grind on its own. better use trainer that way. instead i wasted all my money to level up acrobatics ._. just because i don't have time to grind on continuing jumping. why? because i want to become a captain and get all the features from the guild.

Oh yeah, stealth is way different in MW compared to Oblivion and Skyrim where it's easy to become OP. Honestly never done a proper full thief playthrough on mw, I should try that next time I play.

stealth is still useful if you want to steal something under their nose. just very tedious to grind. just don't grind it to keep your sanity and use trainers. easier that way.

the thought of reinstalling and replaying ghost trick entered my mind today. I mean, I love the game, but it's a bit hard to do ever since capcom injected what may be a virus into all of their games even though an anticheat software really has no place in ghost trick or a fair amount of capcom's games for that matter.
