i still, have yet to see a doctor, this wait is beginning to piss me off.
this cough continues to worsen each day and it's been what, two weeks now? i'm losing count of the days, this burns and hurts and i can barely even get to speak anymore without coughing.

Do you have any friends or family friends who work with EMS or anything? It would be worth it to at least pick someone's brain and ask what you can do for it short term

At least do some background research or check some discussions about the condition or something. I'd start throwing out ideas, but it's been long enough that my advice wouldn't be contemporary. But you need to make sure you take care of yourself and in this instance it sounds like help isn't forthcoming externally, so... try to do something
