Why would you want to sound like a girl in first place? Trick other guys lol?

The voiced speech of a typical adult male will have a fundamental frequency from 85 to 180 Hz, and that of a typical adult female from 165 to 255 Hz

Thus, the fundamental frequency of most speech falls below the bottom of the "voice frequency" band as defined above.

You'll need to find some tool that allows you to change the frequency of the audio and store the files afterwards or if you're articulating real speech; you'd need to find an equipment that does just that.

just practise and you can have a female sounding voice without a voice changer

what are you a catfish?

theres no voice changers that sound real, they all sound robotic and fake and nothing like a real girls voice.

the ones that do exist are just for silly fun and not supposed to be used as a serious realistic voice.

For Voice Over IP (VOIP); no.

For pre-recorded audio; yes.

For equipment that targets the frequency ranges directly from the output source; yes.

its still difficult and requires specialist equipment which is somewhat expensive otherwise it will still sound unauthentic

not only do you have pitch and formant, but you also need to take into account females have breathier voices than males which can be hard to accurately replicate.

Nobody likes catfishers.
And nobody wants to become a transgender.
Stop acting like a grill and man up.
