Dubstep is a genre with its roots in 90s London as a sub genre of 2-step which itself is a sub genre of garage, proper dubstep is very dark and grungy and is way different to the trash Skrillex turned it into. Nightcore on the other hand... ughhhh its roots are 13 year old wannabe musicians speeding up songs in Audacity and reuploading it to Youtube and adding an anime pic from google images lol.

Anyone with an ounce of musical knowledge won't concider Kiddycore a genre, I certainly don't and nobody I work with at the studio I frequent does.
