Only ones that mildly interested me were Grey Goo and They Are Billions. Ashes of the Singularity I've seen/read very mixed things about it. People say it is trying to be like Supreme Commander "but different" however it seems to be really wonky balance wise.
Maybe I'm biased but I still prefer the older RTS games versus the newer ones. StarCraft: Remastered has been super awesome and aside from some minor grievances, Blizzard did a great job.
Well i used to play games like Supreme commander and total anihalation spelling not my forte on those games.
Supreme Commander is hit or miss for some but that is pretty great.
Grey Goo is fairly nice, it reminds me of Command and Conquer.
Age of Empires 2 is really great. The "Enhanced Edition" or whatever was rough going for a while but it seems they've ironed out the bugs quite a bit and improved the Ladder system. Following that Age of Mythology "Enhanced" is pretty awesome too but don't get the DLC it completely wrecks the game IMO.
Aside from those ... hell if I know. Been trying to find a "New" RTS game that I really enjoy. Most of the ones I've gotten have either disappointed me or were just "it ain't bad". Thus I stick with the older titles lol.
1) Starcraft
2) Warcraft 3
3) Age of Mythology
4) Stronghold Crusader
5) Red Alert 2
My personal favorites though:
1) Battle Realms
2) KKND2
3) Dune ( The first one )
4) Impossible Creatures
5) Warcraft 2
Aye, I've got CoH and Opposing Fronts. Love them British faction.
-Ruse
-Wargame: European Escalation
-Wargame: Airland Battle
-Wargame: Red Dragon
-Steel Division Normandy 44
...
And other RTS I really enjoyed:
-Total War Series especially Warhammer II + Warhammer 1 combined map.
-World in Conflict
-Company of Heroes 1 & 2
-Tom Clancy Endwars
-Stronghold Series excl. Legend
-Anno Series (especially the old titles)
-Age of Empires
-Empire Wars
-Star Wars Empire at War
-Man of War Assault Squad 2
-Cossacks Series
-American Conquest Series
...
Plenty more with all having some nice mechanics and a different setting.
I especially like Wargame Airland Battle for the game mechanics and detail even tho it is hard to master.
Also as a Games Workshop Warhammer fan of course the Warhammer Total War parts and that content of both parts are merged if you own both parts.
C&C Generals and General ZH was best C&C part imo.
I like C&C Generals and Zero Hour as well. C&C in general as a series is the best RTS series. Pretty sure the original C&C Tiberium Dawn is what formed the backbone for the RTS genre.
Damn...now I got an itch to play C&C lol
Old but still fun for me.
Don't get me started on C&C 4 though.
Age of empires 1
Age of mythology titans expansion
Red alert 3
Command and conquer 3
Total Annihilation
