My main issue is the fact that you spend so much time in-game trying to gear up and gather supplies, etc. so that we can make it to the end-game; however, once we reach the point when we are fully equipped to handle anything, the match is pretty much about to end.

lololol oh my god. Have you seen Fitz and his gang on Youtube? I don't like Battle Royale games, but they play PUBG and Fortnite, and I would have to say that they are absolutely hilarious. His videos are not appropriate for children though or those whom are easily offended.

I think it's reached a point in popularity that some people hate it because it's so popular.

While that is true, I personally don't care enough to hate it, i also think that it is overrated, and that these games will quckly become forgotten when the next big thing comes.

This is how that works:
Popularity first spreads trough people who like the game
If it becomes popular the people who want to act cool start to play it
Their friends also start to play it
In the end 80% or more plays it for being popular while it might be just moderate quality
Especially in free games like Fortnite this gives a lot of players

honestly it sucks if there's any form of co-op whatsoever
