Deepest game you've played
What game did you play that you felt was really deep in some way, whether gameplay or story?

In some ways I felt Majora's Mask was pretty deep, especially for a Zelda game. Another one which I feel is far more definitive to suggest in this context is Star Wars: Knights of The Old Republic. There's a lot to the writing and characters, and it explores that universe pretty deeply.

So, what's the deepest game you ever played?

Main one is Bastion; I recommend anyone to check that one out sometime, especially on sale. The soundtrack, the story, it's all good.

Another is Portal 2 and Wolf Among Us. Those are also great games.

Deep enough to make it to Andromeda.

Bioshock 1 and 2, both story, gameplay and literal depth.

Minerva’s Den is still one of my favourite DLC’s I’ve played.

planescape torment I guess, but maybe looking back on it, it was just super try hard and edgy.

Still need to play it. Been holding off on playing for a while now. Too many other games in the way.

lueegee
I found Amnesia The Dark Descent to be pretty deep. gameplay/mechanics aside, it starts off innocent enough and then suddenly you go from simple jump scares to looking deeply at madness and cruelty and the fact that horrors and evil that have been done can never truly be undone at any cost.
