Humble Bundle "Paypal was unable to process your request"

I've been getting this error constantly, it's getting on my nerves, does anyone knowing what's causing this?

Check with your Paypal account.

Login, ensure your address verified and your payment method is valid (credit card or direct bank, etc). Then ensure you have enough funds on that.

If still no luck, check if the bank has put a hold/lock on it (due to suspicious activities and unknown buying patterns).
