this guy its absolutely right... and depending of where you live from, your parents got a serious and understandable reasons to not let you play CS online, CS community its extremely toxic.
if they parent that much it should be no problem for them to monitor an online game.
imagne being in a full game of russians and or toxic kid.
say goodbye csgo online
in my country we say better to have half an egg than an empty shell.
I thought about doing this becuase besides casual and deathmatch most people are pretty normal and aren't completely toxic or play ear rape. At least the ones I've been in. I'd obviously do like FFA where no one talks.
Again; this is something you need to speak with your parents about. We have no idea what kind of person you are or how you behave; nor do we know why your parents restrict you from doing what you find fun.
Be a grown & responsible kid, tell them you want ot have a talk about your responsibilities and freedoms, and address the elephant in the room.
One pro life tip I can give you: compromise. There's no "i should have" your parents want to hear. What they'd be more interested in hearing is the implication that you've thought it through beyond getting what you want. i.e. "i feel like i should be able to play online because reasons". Accept what they tell you exactly the same: they have a rhyme and reason for everything they do, whether you know it or not; or even whether they're aware they do it. Romney's discussion on "known unknowns" is relevant here.
Life pro tip #2: your maturity can be accurately ascertained by how you handle news you don't want to hear. Kick & scream because they say no? You're guaranteeing they won't talk about it again. Accept defeat with dignity and respect? They'll be more likely to revisit the situation - as you obviously aren't a child.
Again: speak with your parents. There's no magic phrase that lets you do what you want.
Maybe you could share this passion of yours with them so they have an understanding better than "that killing game".
That's good idea. Every M rated game they have to 'approve' so they don't mind the killing or blood as the 'approved' its online interaction.
The problem with this is I'm not allowed to have internet on my PC (I'm on my mac) and like I said I'm homeschooled so I sometimes go to my moms office who has AMAZING internet (3ping 300mbs down 50 up) So I can use internet there and play online but I can't use a mic so its harder to play comp.
They have them on all the windows on the main and basement floor as well as all the exterior doors.
