I would say it's both from personal experience. Like with any type of cos-play, there are people who make some really cool outfits. And then there are the cheap lazy ones - but it gives you a rough idea if nothing else. :pug:

Oh I hadnt heard of that.. is that underground , non-mainstream music ?

I glimpsed through a few vids, it looks like there are punks into that also..

I enjoy punk music but this time of rave doesnt suit punks..

Aggrotech is mostly a fusion of hardcore underground industrial/electro/punk and fans are usually crazy.
Cybergoths are mostly just the goth aesthetic who like to dance to easy music.

ElectroPunks vs ElectroHippies I guess you could say
