After receiving this message, I check my email and amazon did not send me an email.
I have also checked the spam folder

if there is such a customer support on amazon, contact them using another amazon account.

Amazon seriously must be one of the most scammed and abused services on the Internet, plagued with fake reviews, refund scams, email spammers, and phishing.

I seriously throw them AWS termination requests on almost a daily basis (however it has been nice and quiet this month, so far). So have you by any chance been malicious or has their dumb system just gone 'screw everyone, I'm going home'?
