What do you prefer light armor or heavy armor?
Or perhaps medium? I mean in games but you explain it using real life examples. I think light or medium armor is better as long as speed is an advantage.

On the other hand, if you’re not very agile or you probably want to go with heavy armor so you stay alive longer.

No, and I don't plan on watching it now either.

It was a sad day when elderscrolls after morrowind removed the unarmored skill.

No more running around as a naked cat hitting people till they fall on the ground paralized.

Aww too bad for you.
Medium. I like to have a balance
Light Armor. If you didn't know Spartans actually lost to Lightly Armored Javelin Throwers because the Spartans couldn't catch up to them. Hit and Run.
By the way that video I posted has parts muted out of it. If you want the unmuted version it's here.

Light or none, as generally I like playing snipers and sneaky types. They benefit most from having their limbs and body easily mobile.

Oh, I plan to watch it, whatever it is. I just don't have the will to sit through a 30 minute video on a topic I'm not familiar with at 1am.

I'll tell you what it is. A very important part of pop culture about World of Warcraft. It's about how overpowered the Rogue class was in Vanilla WoW. Every class in the game needed armor and weapons with a lot of stats to be powerful, but Rogue could beat people with no armor and a level 1 dagger. It's an awesome video, and if you're familiar with WoW it will make a lot more sense.

Heavy armor, i like to tank damage and do as much damage as possible wtihout dying. Or i can get skill but its too hard.
Heavy, easily. In RPGs I like to play the classic high strength/high armor combo and tank the heck out of anything.

Just as an example, I had an almost full MkVII set of X01 power armour in Fallout 4 before level 50. Priorities.
Whatever favors damage output and mobility. Turtling rarely works.

Tell that to 4X games.

In all reality, you're almost right. If it's a war of attrition, a heavier defense may prove in your favor.

It takes more than Brute Strength to win a fight." -Goku
