Well, for one, none of them have any inherent meaning, they're just stuff people say when they don't really have any specific idea in mind.

How does one make a difference?

All subjective and everyone has a different answer for each question.

To exist loudly, in my definition is to be popular, Brad Pitt for instance exists loudly.
Emperor Ceaser existed loudly, as did Bruce Lee.
