Any game suggestions like Top Drives?

So on my Pixel 2 on the train i'm playing Top Drives. I like it. It's sort of like a driving sim manager game. But it's easy and casual and great fun. Like all ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Android games though, instead of paying for the game and enjoying, eventually you either put in money or just wait... Anyone know of any games that have mechanics like Top Drives here on Steam?

As a bit of a summary, do you remember those card games at school with 5 categories, and depending on your score in a category you win? It's kinda like that, but it combines categories (like 4WD + standard tires + low grip beats 4wd + off road tires + high grip on asphalt, but not on snow). And then it sims the races. 5 of yours against 5 opponents cards. Highest score wins. It's simply great fun.

Having a lot of trouble finding a game anything like it on PC... Anyone got any thoughts to throw out there?
