Gone Home is a really good LGBT game - though it's a walking sim and most people don't like that. You explore a mystery lesbian story line.

Tacoma is from the same company as Gone Home (Grammar issues, sorry.) and lots of the characters are LGBT. Again, it is a walking sim.

Fragments of Him is also a walking sim type game, more akin to Tacoma's gameplay style if you've played it. The main character is bisexual and you get to see parts of his current relationship with Harry and his first relationship with Sarah.
