Looking for More Games With Character Creation

I've always loved games that give you the option to create your character before you start in the world.

I enjoy the game even more when it has role playing or social aspects added to it, allowing you interact with NPCs, or other players if the game has a multiplayer feature.

Just character creation would interest me enough to check any game out.

I liked modded Morrowind and Skyrim and I also liked playing Stardew Valley. even Terraria was enjoyable.

Gave it a look through a good 30 minutes ago, noticed that it's lacking in some games with character creation in them and that many of them in the list are far reaching for the claim of that tag. Edit: I did find a few games I'll be looking more into when I was browsing, though.

I have played them all, very good games. Wasn't a big fan of Fallout 4 but I still forced myself through its story. But now that I think of it I may get back into Fallout 2. Thanks!

I own it on Steam and across consoles from back on 360 and Xbox One. I mainly play it on Xbox One when I want to have a go at it, well I've probably played Monster Hunter World more than it lately. Good suggestion though.

By all means,play Saints Row 3&4.There is the initial character creation with every slider you'll ever want,a huge amount of clothing and costumes and an added rpg element with different skills,points and weapons you can lvl and upgrade.

Theres also car customization and so on.

Another suggest I have is Black Desert Online. Probably the best character creator in any game to date, now that I think about it.

Very good choices, though car customization is pretty much pointless in 4 after you get your super powers. I remember playing the first Saints Row game back when it released on the 360, though I have to say 2 and 3 were my favorites, sad to see them go into the direction they did when they made the game Agents of Mayhem.

Not exactly, but you'll get around much faster using the unlocked super powers like super speed, super jump and gliding once they're unlocked, faster than both ground and air vehicles, even when they're fully upgraded.

Nothing close to BDO character creation, heavy modded game or even AAA developer/company ..

Most (maybe all) Lego games have character creation.
In particular I suggest you those:

you must play each stage / each mission with the default character the first time, but after you beat it you can use the characters that you create in free play mode.

Lego city undercover is the best one and its free play mode is more satisfying buth both games are very good and I strongly recoomend them.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 has character creation and is rather enjoyable even if you are not a fan.
