How do blind people solve Captchas?
They can't see it... and they're designed so robots can't read them... ...which includes automatically reading it out to blind people.

So... how do blind people solve Captchas?

There are usually alternative methods of validating that you're a human, mostly based around audio. They listen to a word and then type that word in.
there is a sound version...

Why would a blind person be using a device that requires solving a captcha

I rarely see captchas where you have to type in anything nowadays.
Now it's usually just the box that says "I am not a robot" that you have to click on.

Blind people often don't use computers and if they do they almost always use software specially designed for blind people

Using a computer like that doesn't sound very fun.

I wonder if blind people care if the lights in their house are on or off.
