I completely understand both of you, but believe or not people who likes to buy bundles for profiting and level uping by steam trading cards may find this discussion useful.

My steam account was built on the premise of free to play titles that was market accessible. It took almost 2 years of penny farming to build it up to a standard that helped me collect 50 cent shovelware with badge progress for cards, which in time made more boosters which made more pennies.

Red Monk, a lot of games does that. But these 4 games I listed doesn't require any in-game purchase and will drop cards like any other game for free. Believe me, i tryed it. And is it so hard to read full topic before commenting, I already mentioned these cards doesn't require purchases, f2p games and no purchases.But Relic Hunters Zero is the game that wasn't always free, it costed about 3€. Team Fortress 2 costed 15$, at Friday in June of 2011 game became f2p. Games went free, cards couldn't go free because peoples are trading-selling-buying it so steam can't put price on 0$ for them(unless they remove the game like GooCubelets or something).

Of you can do an extra shift at work for £90, 7 hours of work and you don't even need to turn the computer on.

Red Monk, it's an easy way to get yourself some pretty but cheap cs:go skin, or to buy some cheap game u want to play without spending RL money.

Of course feeding the beast helps. Having disposable income helps growth.

For a gamer with no income the dream can be accomplished was the point of that post. Dedication and patience can yield great reward for those with the time to spend.
