That was my opinion, though...
The jails are overcrowed now as it is. Jailing people for cheating at a game is absurd and will cost the tax payers thousands if not millions to house them and give them 3 hots and a cot. Over something so small as cheating at a game.
But if it involves court then no cuz that's too much.
Only time it should be punishable though I think is if it is in a online game. If you are doing it in a single player game or a local game with friends it should be fine.
I do not mean go around and aimbot while fighting in local games with friends. But I mean more or less use that secret character that can only be unlocked with cheats and so on.
