The generally fringe subcultural identities such as "furries" are often less well accepted by a majority population,k whcih further enforces and encourages the mutual bonds of those within the pseudocultural boundary - this increases tendencies to seek and find sense of'belonging' or even rightfulness of the identity divergences and the acceptance of the 'furry' peers.
