Audio is not in sync with video (Adobe premiere elements 14)
Watching the video clip normaly its fine, but the moment I import it to Adobe premiere elements, it goes out of sync, why is it doing this? and how do I fix it

1. Whats the file format ?
2. If you export the video is the audio out of sync ?

The video format is Mp4 and I have not tried rendering it yet

Converting the fle format to an AVI made things worse, and I could not edit the video at all

Try importing into handbrake and export the file using the high profile setting with a constant framerate, then try importing that file.
