Does the First Draft of Steamed Hams count as (partially) Lost Media?

Aside from screencaps (including one on Know Your Meme), It appeares the First Draft has Dissapeared from the Internet after Bill Oakley deleted his Tweets containing said draft. In fact, every outlet that covered the draft included direct links to the now deleted tweets. For example Mashable's article on the draft includes dead links that lead to a "Sorry, that page doesn't exist" screen. However, there is only one whay in which the full draft can be found online at all...
