Its called ds(2ds,3ds). Its not even that expensive (unless you still leech off of your parents for pocket money)

Because it is exclusive to Nintendo consoles. so you wont getting it on Playstation or Xboxes as well. other then the obvius part of PC you are out of luck.

I don't think there's a lot of Mario on PS4.

NIntendo only makes games for Nintendo, and IF they license their IPs, they will only(?) license them, again, for use on Nintendo hardware.
