all of them, I recommend you watch Hellsing first, then Hellsing Ultimate and Hellsing Abridged once you're done. It's well worth the time c:

The abridged will be MUCH better if you've watched the show before hand.

All of the above. Both, plus Abridged. I've railed over the series before because of the last three episodes. (And I swear that the animation quality dipped in the later episodes) But it does have a very unique soundtrack. Ultimate was a pretty faithful adaptation of the manga. And the visuals were top-tier. Abridged was awesome in a lot of ways. It was even mentioned specifically in a Hellsing Ultimate commentary. Oh, and the dubs were of uber-quality.
