I live near a city with a sizeable Japanese population. (Düsseldorf, Germany). While most of them only live and work in in Germany for a few years, it isn't rare to see Japanese and German People dating each other or founding families.

A friend of mine from School days met his now wife (of Japanese descent) while he was working in Tokyo.

So yeah, Japanese girls do date and even marry non-Japanese guys.
