"Ugh" usually refers to something annoying or gross.
It is used to express disgust.

It's a vocal expression, which includes but not limited to:
*Would you kindly ♥♥♥♥ off?
*What is it this time?
*Pardon?
*That's disgusting, tbh.

When you're stabbed in the back you say "Ugh" and then you die.
