Gothic trilogy. There is a fair amount of violence but not much gore, some filthy language and mature themes in various missions and the world itself. The first two games are a bit darker and down to the ground while the third one is more colorful and light-hearted because of the whole "liberator" status of the nameless hero.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is an amazing game, sure, but I wouldn't recommend this or other games from The Witcher series to teenagers, they are for adults in my opinion, because they have too dark world and too many hard themes.

Witcher 3 is okay. The themes are presented in a proper way. The first two Witchers were horrible with it, tho.

Also, teenagers watch Netflix or HBO... And Witcher 3 is tame compared to those...

Fable series is probably can count as such.

Only the first game is available on Steam. If you want to play 2 and 3 then get an XBox 360. Don't know about XBox One backwards compatibility though.
