that means beat them in the face, sell their tears, rape the ♥♥♥♥ out of them, etc

My Time At Portia.
Gothic trilogy. There is a fair amount of violence but not much gore, some filthy language and mature themes in various missions and the world itself. The first two games are a bit darker and down to the ground while the third one is more colorful and light-hearted because of the whole "liberator" status of the nameless hero.

These days? Damn near any new release. The time of idealist make-believe in mainstream entertainment seems to be over for now.

wild life is not a RPG it's basic doll walking with bare minimal control even the acts are boring.
only thing that "game" if you are allow to call that, is the engine.

Witcher 3 is a pretty good one and popular one
Lisa The Painful (I think that's the one, insanely tragic.)

Depression and tragedy are the themes of the game.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is an amazing game, sure, but I wouldn't recommend this or other games from The Witcher series to teenagers, they are for adults in my opinion, because they have too dark world and too many hard themes.

Witcher 3 is okay. The themes are presented in a proper way. The first two Witchers were horrible with it, tho.

Also, teenagers watch Netflix or HBO... And Witcher 3 is tame compared to those...

Fable series is probably can count as such.
Only the first game is available on Steam. If you want to play 2 and 3 then get an XBox 360. Don't know about XBox One backwards compatibility though.
