No, I was also referring to the East-Central European zone but The Witcher features aspects from both Western and Eastern role-playing games but the folklore is Eastern European.
It's kinda obvious that devs from a certain country or region use stuff they know and see from around their parts instead of working with something from an entirely different and possibly "unknown" area. But if they are knowledgeable enough they might also make a game that at first look isn't too much based around "their" home. The folklore inspirations aside The Witcher is still closer to WRPGs like Skyrim than to JRPGs like Final Fantasy.
Also RE and DMC.
Anyway.... I prefer western games (although the examples you chose aren't great), I haven't enjoyed a ♥♥♥ game since the 16 bit era.
At best, what can be compared are games from the same genre and match in many features, like f.e. Tyrian 2000 (western) and the Raiden series (eastern). Good luck comparing, let's say, GTA games to the "Tales of Symphonia/Berseria/Xillia" series.
When I tried Breath of the wild I felt like I was playing a GTA game (I have played only Vice City so that was the one I was thinking about) without references to crime and random people mindless beating (except the fact that after more than ten years the effect was completely different and really disappointing)
Call of Duty: Milked. DLC fest. MTX all over the place
Halo: Only liked the first two. Rest is okish.
The Elder Scrolls: Boring and milked to death with Skyrim everywhere
Fallout: 1 & 2 were great. The FPS ones soso. 76 is what defines gaming these days: Not good
The Witcher: Since when is this eastern? Does it lay in Asia? Franchise is overhyped
Final Fantasy: For me the best franchise. However, everything after FF 12 is bad
Metal Gear Solid: Only played the first back in days so I can't comment
Sekiro: Game too young to make a statement
Yakuza: Never played it.
The key word being "feeling". At best, you can make a subjective observation. Objective comparison can f.e. be made between Mortal Kombat and Guilty Gear.
Shadow of the Colossus has a vast world, but that hardly makes it comparable to Red Dead Redemption. Because the game puts entirely different challenges in front of the player and the gameplay couldn't be further apart. What people like in a game or not is not the same as what is objectively good or bad about them.
Okay..Jan 2020 for Iceborne DLC PC.
Bayonetta and ocarina of time
Too hard to pick. Have to call it a draw.
