So I have been reading spidey comics again and I don't understand The Amazing Spider-Man's Marvel Legacy Numbering. Can somebody explain? I would really appreciate that..

It's more or less what ASM would be if it had been published continuously, rather than broken into separate volumes.

Although I think it may include the period of time when it was Superior Spider-Man as well.
