HNC tastes good and I like it. Though for me and my friends (and a lot of other people) it seems to cause diarrhea and stomach pain. Why? Idk.

Could be the corn syrup used in those. I know a few people who get really bad stomach aches if they eat anything with corn syrup.

Milk is able to cause problem for the stomach. You can become temporary intolerant. Majority of all people on the planet are laktos-intolerant. We actually genetic made to become unable to drink milk and have adapted the trait to drink milk at older age but it doesn't mean you aren't able to get illness by drinking milk.
