Which earth is Peter B Parker from? Like is he the original main spidey we know in love or is it the 27 year old one in miles' universe?

If we're talking about the Into the Spider-Verse movie, Peter B. Parker is from his own universe, which we already know what happened to him in the film in the first place. The much younger version (the real dead one who's being killed by Kingpin) is from Miles Morales' universe. This version is kinda inspired by Sam Raimi's Spider-Man films and the MCU version of Spider-Man.

So which spidey IS the main original one (616 basically)?

Well, this sounds a bit more complicated. Spider-Man in Earth 616 is the original, bcoz that's the main Marvel universe. However, this film doesn't take place in that universe. Even though their Earths are referred to as "E-616" or "E-1610" in this film, they took place in their own different universes instead bcoz they're obviously not the same as both original Earth 616 and original Earth 1610. So since we're talking Peter B. Parker, he's kinda the "original" Spider-Man in this film. But in general, he's really not the original Spider-Man. Bcoz the TRUE original Spider-Man had just go through his second big Spider-Verse event in the comics (NOT related to this film).

Except Earth-1610 has been destroyed for a while and Miles and Spidey are both on Earth-616.
