Post your daily workout!
I'm going to run 3 miles with a backpack, do a military workout and after that, squats.

What's your workout today?

Treadmill. I try to do at least a 30-minute brisk walk a day. Maybe two or three depending on how I physically feel.
i used to run anywhere from 3 to 6 miles a day, i don't anymore
Going through a Jeff Cavaliere Athleanx program at the moment

I don't follow a daily workout plan, as repeated patterns the body gets use to, learns what muscles to develop and use to do it, then stops developing beyond that point. Your body is smart enough to merely adapt to it.

You should instead focus on 1-3 muscle groups only a day, then rest them the following day and/or work out another group. During the resting stage is when the muscles feel a bit sore and tired, while developing. However, it needs the rest to develop. Then it's just a matter of switching up the pattern to keep them guessing and developing more.

Day 1 - Chest and Back
(optional) Abs

Day 2 - Plyometrics or rest day
(optional) Abs and core

Day 3 - Shoulders and Arms
(optional) Abs

Day 4 - Rest day
(optional) Abs and core

Day 5 - Legs and Back
(optional) Abs

Day 6 - Kenpo or rest day

Day 7 - Rest or stretches

(repeat till ripped)

Yes, it's pretty much from memory of P90X workouts. I tend to still follow that cycle, as it works for me.

Just also need to consider food intake, sleep, and water. Finding a good balance in your lifestyle.

Most people don't consider that, setting a daily pattern to sleep by, ensuring you get 6-8 hours (or 8-10 hours if still a teen) of solid sleep per night. Also, what you eat/drink. These affect your muscle development greatly too.

Consider "Athlete Recovery Sleepwear for Men from UnderArmour" t-shirt and pants to sleep in. The bioceramic pattern inside the fabric reflects back infrared energy released from the body back, which boosts blood flow and oxygen reaching the muscles. Giving you a much faster recovery time after a good workout, just by sleeping.

I finished P90X before switching to Body Beast, I had great results with Body Beast but it is much more focused on weightlifting.

You can do a cardio workout once a week to the routine or do the Body Beast Cardio workout but if you have done P90X, you won't break much of sweat with the Body Beast Cardio.
