ps: This works for stuck pixel as the liquid in one or more of its sub-pixels has not spread equally. When the backlight of your screen turns on, different amounts of the liquid pass through the pixel, to create the different colors.
However, if no luck with the pressure fix...
Run a stuck pixel fixer at full screen for about 10 or so minutes (seizure warning - this will blink colours like crazy, so avoid staring):

ps: Same concert of quick liquid changes via colour flipping, it takes longer but will normally spread the liquid across to the stuck pixel again when warmed up.

If it still doesn't fix it, just RMA or return it.
