Mirai of the Future only fits the fantasy bill and no others, but it's still pretty fantastic and it's more recent.
I feel really bad that most of these are mainstream series, I really need to spend more time watching anime this summer

Also try Aura Maryuuin Kouga Saigo no Tatakai, it's a movie and pretty much the exact same thing as Chu 2.

Not a legal one. As far as I know, there isn't one, please correct me if I'm wrong. (It's on Crunchyroll, but is US only)
