Suits are tailored to be constricting, by my standards. I'll typically ditch the jacket, tie and belt as quickly as possible though.
I did wear one of those form-fitting T-shirts to a party not so long ago. That just encouraged people to put their hands on me and grope me. That was just weird.
- The shirt should hang to waist level 2/3 the way up the zipper of the jeans, not below.
- It should form to the body, not baggy but not too tight either.
- When you sit down, it should not fold over nor tighten around the waist.
- Don't sag the pants, unless S.W.A.G (secretly we are gay)

The amount of air inhaled must be equal to an exhalation of that air over a short period of time.
Well do you sag your pants?
It comes from prison. A sign of acceptance for a certain homosexual activity in an all male jail. Kids then saw their fathers doing it after being released, assumed it was cool and created it into a style. A few might even know this, others might not. However, the meaning and purpose is still there.
I just take the way you dress as a first impression subconscious sign on your personality and how you live. It doesn't worry me either way, but merely changes the first impression factor.
A new meaning came from the old, and now there can be two. Though, the new meaning is more known than the old, if what you're saying is true.

No offense to any homosexuals (it's actually rare for them to do this anyways), but yeah it's also unhealthy to sag... sagging is leading to lagging in the bedroom.
