Grinding in Pokemon Uranium

Is there any way to do this without wasting the next 5 hours of my life?

I came into the Pokemon League with my entire team at about level 60, only to find out that there was (yet another) spike in the levels and every single opponent was using a full team of level 70s.

Trying to use the lucky egg and do a bunch of rematches to grind the next 10 levels I need on each Pokemon but it's taking forever and I really don't want to waste several hours doing this.
