Why they didnt use guns in Harry potter last two movies?

They could had used mind controlling spells on some soldiers, take them to the wizard world and mask them as wizards. Theres not even one wizard who is fast enough to cast shielding spell against bullets.

Hell, they could had used some control spells for guns, so they could compensate for the lack of accuracy.

I have seen many situation in those movies where gun would had instantly solve a problem. Havent seen anything that would make me believe gun wouldnt work.

Speed. If you already aim at someone, they wont be even finishing the spell, let alone moving their wand before they drop on ground

No but really. If someone showed up at Hogwarts with a gun:

The Hufflepuffs would break out the hot cocoa and chocolate chip cookies because that person obviously just needs to unwind.

The Ravenclaws would research the exact firearm model to develop immediately effective countermeasures.

The Syltherins would confuse and humiliate the poor gunner until they'd start considering to shoot themselves instead.

The Gryffindors would... I don't know, be awarded 50675 points for no reason, like every damn time.

They can prepare a defense spell ahead of time to deflect the bullets, as a gun only has one attack, while a wand has many different attacks.

Probably the same reason why blasters can be deflected by lightsabers. I'm sure there is some sort of basic defense spell that just deflects or more likely absorbs bullets. Just isn't talked about in the books.
