if anyone using it plsss
And yes as @whatamidoing said that watching Netflix through VPN might not be a good idea. As I think ultimately you'll have to sub to the subscription and I guess they check the details on your credit card and they can easily detect that you're not from US. So I think using VPN on Netflix isn't a good idea.
+ i mean come on who cares, u got countries that block EVERYTHING films/animes, web pages so the 90% of users use a vpn , as soon as u pay everything is ok thats what they say
dont think it works like that, it cant block my account cause its a Global sevice that means i can travel when and where i want and be able to watch the content of the country that im in, credit card is not a big deal its the IP, netflix can block the ip that im watching (ip of the VPN's server ofc) cause when im in my own ip i do nothing bad.so lets just hope to finish watching all american stuff i want before they figure out how to stop them
also u said its free but i got a timer on it that saying that free trail will finish in 5days *hours * minutes * sec, is it okey if i just ignore ? or im in the Premium plan when i have acces to more stuff so whenever it finished i will be able to use only 3 countries with a low speed
PS: i want to get the basic plan cause it seems to be the cheapest on net, cause i don't want to spend more money on it
don't listen to the people saying free vpn is always garbage. it's marketing. some free vpn is. but not all. just look up reviews.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g5BfDmAzVdA
it does seem to be a bit problematic in use. and the free mode is garbage.
haven't tested myself. because i use windscribe.
got 75 GB for free by letting a browser extention mine while i went to get food. sounds sketchy but was very transparent. you had to go to a seperate website, check in, then turn a slider to set how much resources you wanted to use to mine, and then it mined. i never set it to use all my gpu, and my pc didn't get hot compared to when i play games so it was a good deal for me.
i'm suprised if they even got 1$ from that mining.
but windscibe has different servers for netflix. so that doesn't work if you want to go free.
For example, you might have noticed right now you can connect to many countries and are not just limited to US, Netherlands and Japan. Also, under the list of servers in US, you will see that there are two servers named Free 1 and Free 2. So those two servers are the ones which you'll get in the free version. While the remaining are for the paid version.
So you shouldn't worry. As when the trial ends, it will switch to free version, and you will only able to connect to US, Netherlands and Japan. And even within them, you will only able to connect to free servers only. And btw those free servers aren't bad at all. I haven't checked the difference in speed though, but I haven't done that since I haven't experienced any kind of slow speed, and I comfortably watch videos off Crunchyroll without any lag. So I think the quality of the servers are good.
So don't worry about the trial, its just there to give you a taste of the premium version.
thx a lot dude ! ^^
If I ever have to dump NordVPN, they'd be my next choice.
Really, it's a bit annoying how Nordvpn gave a good deal on a 3-year subscription, and then quadrupeled the rate for the 4th year to make up for it. It's a standard practice for ISP contract shenanigans, but I expected better from them.
