No. It means you use the Intel code on the Intel site as linked. You get the product from the Intel bundle there through then following the download instructions.
Ok, I sent another message to their support & I'll try giving them a call later if I get no reply from either.
It worked. It asked for too much personal info & to be signed up to intel program & bound to some contract with them just to get a free piece of software =)
