When I'm not at work, I feel like I am wasting my time.
Recently had a schedule change at work, so I work about 10 less hours now than I used to.

With all this free time on my hands (for this week anyways) I feel like there is nothing for me to do.

I have books I could read, games I've never played, shows I've been interested in watching. But what is the point? To have fun? I don't think I've actually had fun in a very long time. Playing games isn't fun for me anymore...

I don't know anymore fellas. The only thing that I enjoy these days is socializing, but I've been so busy with work & all that I don't have much friends these days...

Maybe the one thing I do enjoy is music

Based off what you've said, it sounds to me as if your work is a distraction from... something? and when you've no work to do, you're stuck with the thoughts or problems.

However it's hard for anyone to judge based on one post on a forum - you could be telling the truth, or lying, or exaggerating, or making a lesser deal out of whatever is causing you ill.

Would suggest, if you feel/see any truth to what I've said, you talk a doctor or counsellor if you have the option to.

some ♥♥♥♥ is not meant for some people, life shows you the path it shows you the doors, but you gotta walk through them, youve got something in your that you like job/hobby whatever the ♥♥♥♥ that youre afraid of sharing or doing
cause either finances or some other bullsht like that
but since youve got this attitude about whats the point then, ye, whats the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ point of even caring about bad stuff
avoid people that make you feel like ♥♥♥♥ do the stuff you like talk the way you talk dont give a ♥♥♥♥, people will either like you and show you their true selves or walk away
one way to make your life easy, Keep It Stupid Simple
that's a moto businesses also use

I understand. Lost a few people I still care about too (not death, but they moved on, or I did.)

It'll always hurt. You just get used to it.

You're heading to a third degree burnout. Already in at least first degree.

Stop. Take a walk. Clear your head. Socialize.

There's always work to do. Whether it's cleaning, organizing, fixing, etc. Also working out is always good, it'll help burn off that excess energy.

Some people just don't know how to relax. The second they step off the hamster wheel they go nuts. Feel bad for these people.

Cleaning, organizing, fixing, and working out are part of the hamster wheel.
When I’m off, I cherish the time. It is a chunk of time I can do whatever I want. Even if that is staring at a blank word document.

Well for working out I'd say it depends on your attitude towards it. If you're into it it's not. It's more of a hobby. If you do it because you feel you should do it to be healthy and you just sorta go thru the motions, then yea.
